She told us that she feasted on veg momos and other stuff which she normally doesn't think about eating. Pujo te na khele kobe khabo, is what she had to say. We are stuck with a feudal...How true, Madhurjya da! We are stuck with a feudal mind-set that puts piety and mob culture over civic issues, no different from the dozens of other peoples from the developing world.<br /><br />Guess the real good thing about the occasion is the harmony that it brings in a plural society like ours, when people come together irrespective of the community they are from.
